Hi Jasmine,
Catering is requesting setup time from 4:45pm-5:45pm to serve food by 6pm. Would it be possible to book Gonda 2303 for 2/21/24 from 4:45pm to 7:30pm? Or is it not available earlier?

Hi Sara and Dylan,

Apologies for the delayed response. Few things to note, for the 21st,I see our main conference room in Gonda is booked but the second floor (2303) is available. It should be able to seat about 21 attendees and is set up in a conference room style. Hybrid is definitely reliable in this room (images below for your reference).

As for catering, with the new system in place, I will typically need at least a week in advance to request the requisition. If you get me theinvoice, I can get to work on that asap. Other alternatives are you pay directly, provide me with a receipt and list of attendees, and I reimbursethe expense after the event.

Hi Jasmine,

We just wanted to follow up about booking a room next Wednesday (Feb 21st) at 6PM for a CELL Scholars mentor recruitment event.

CELL Scholars is also trying to get food catered for the event. Would we have enough time to book catering for an event at 6PM on Feb 21st? Otherwise there is some flexibility for the event date and we could move the date a bit later to Thursday, Feb 22nd at6PM or Monday, Feb 26th at 6PM.

Let us know what is available forbooking a room (estimated 20 attendees) and for catering food.
