I can definitely put in the Monday request. Before I proceed with the Thursday request, I did have Neurhopsi down for 5:30-7:30pm to give them some time to prep the conference room before their meeting.With all the trouble the conference room has been giving us, we now even try to give groups up to an hour prior to their meeting to test the system.To accommodate the nus journal club, I would have to eliminate the extra prep time given to nurhopsi. Shall I move forward?

Would you mind helping me reserve Gonda 1357 for the NUS Journal Club? They would like to meet on Mondays and Thursdays from 5PM -6PM. I know Nu Rho Psi meets at 6PM on Thursdays soI will make sure they know another meeting takes place directly after.

Here are the dates:
Mondays:
?    October 9, 16,23,30
?    November 6,13,20, 27
?    December 4, 11

Thursdays:
?    October 12, 19, 26
?    November 2, 9, 16, 30
?    December 7, 14
